How it works

Best Of EntrepreneurshipTM works just like any other social bookmarking site with rankings:

  • User creates his free account
  • User submit stories about Entrepreneurship
  • If other users enjoy the story, they vote for it
  • If the story has 2 votes or more, it is promoted to the homepage as a featured article

Rules

  • Only stories related to Entrepreneurship can be published on Best Of EntrepreneurshipTM.
  • Link to the original article.
  • No affiliate links.
  • No spam.
  • If you are posting a link to a book, an Amazon.com link is preferred.
  • Only stories in ENGLISH are allowed.

If you break theses rules, your story and (if necessary) your account will be deleted.

My name is Marius Giske, and I am currently a student at The Norwegian University of Science and Technology. I am passionate about business, marketing and entrepreneurship. This site was made because of a lack of a place where people can share their best links to entrepreneurship related content on the web.

"The Digg.com for Entrepreneurs"

Entrepreneurial programmers go to Hacker News; this site is made for all the non-programmer entrepreneurs.

There are several sites on the web that is similar, but none that is targeted directly at entrepreneurs. Digg.com and Reddit.com are both very popular social bookmarking sites with rankings, but their size is also their weakness, as they cover all kinds of information. This makes it hard to find content related to specific topics that are not mainstream.

Another site that is a bit more related to entrepreneurship is Hacker News. They provide mostly content regarding programming and the software industry, as most of their users are programmers. But lot of people within this industry are self employed, so one can find some relevant content about entrepreneurship here.

Best Of EntrepreneurshipTM was made with the aim to make a site that is only targeted towards people with an interest in entrepreneurship.
